What information do I need to provide for onboarding?

To get your site fully connected to our system, we need a few key details: your WordPress admin URL, a username, a password, and either FTP or hosting control-panel access. These credentials allow us to perform secure backups, run updates, fix issues, and monitor your site properly.

You can send this information safely using One Time Secret, which encrypts your data and ensures it’s only viewed once. After onboarding is complete, your credentials are stored securely in our internal system and never shared outside the WP Experts team.
